Knoxville

The heart of the service area. Older homes near Fountain City, Bearden, and Sequoyah Hills were almost all built over vented crawl spaces, and many still have the original (or no) vapor barrier. Encapsulation and crawl space repair are the most common calls here.

Farragut

Newer construction with big crawl spaces and lots built on rolling terrain west of downtown. Drainage design matters more here than square footage alone; foundation and moisture calls both come out of Farragut regularly.

Maryville

Blount County's largest city, with a mix of established neighborhoods and newer subdivisions. Similar karst geology to Knox County means uneven bearing depth is a recurring theme in foundation work here too.

Alcoa

Compact and established, with plenty of mid-century homes at exactly the age where original crawl space materials have failed: fallen insulation, torn vapor barriers, and the first signs of floor movement.

Powell

North Knox County growth area with a mix of older rural-adjacent homes and new subdivisions on freshly graded clay lots, where drainage problems show up early.

Karns

West Knox County, established neighborhoods built through the 1970s–1990s at the age where vapor barriers and insulation typically need replacing.

Halls

North Knoxville, hilly terrain that sends runoff toward one side of many foundations. Basement waterproofing and drainage-related calls are common here.

Fountain City

One of Knoxville's older neighborhoods, with a core of homes where long-running humidity has often already reached the framing. Mold and structural calls are frequent.

Sevierville

East of Knoxville toward the Smokies, Sevierville sees heavier rainfall than the valley floor, and sloped mountain-adjacent lots send water toward foundations. Moisture management is not optional out here.

Oak Ridge

West of Knoxville, with a mix of historic homes from the 1940s Manhattan Project era and newer construction, all sitting on the same regional karst geology.
