What This Service Is

Crawl Space Encapsulation of Knoxville is a referral service. We connect homeowners with local, independent contractors for crawl space, foundation, waterproofing, and mold-related work. We are not a contractor, we do not perform any construction or remediation services, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.

Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting the quote form or calling our tracking number, you consent to being contacted by us and by the contractor matched to your request, by phone, text, or email, at the contact details you provide, regarding your request. This is not a purchase requirement, and you may withdraw consent at any time by telling us or the contractor to stop.

Independent Contractors

Contractors we refer are independent businesses solely responsible for their own work, insurance, pricing, scheduling, permits, and workmanship. Tennessee requires a state contractor license only for jobs over $25,000 in value; most crawl space and foundation work referred through this site falls under that threshold and is not required to carry a Tennessee contractor license. You are responsible for verifying any contractor's insurance, any applicable license status, and relevant trade certifications before hiring them, and for the terms of any agreement you enter with them. Tennessee contractor license status, where applicable, can be checked through the Tennessee Board for Licensing Contractors.

No Warranties

The service and all site content are provided "as is." Content on this site, including cost ranges and educational material, is general information for the Knoxville area, not a quote, estimate, or professional advice for your specific property. Actual pricing and recommendations come from the contractor after inspecting your home. We make no guarantee regarding the availability, timing, quality, or outcome of any contractor's services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from work performed by referred contractors or from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim related to this service shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
